Yes - if your business undertakes installation, servicing, maintenance, repair or decommissioning of stationary refrigeration, air conditioning or heat pump equipment containing F-Gas refrigerants. Even if you're a sole trader, and even if your engineers are individually qualified: company certification and engineer qualification are two separate legal requirements.
